Hello dear friends
I can't talk for long this week as we are still frantically searching for Rachel. She's my best friend and I feel I must do everything I can to find her...or perhaps she doesn't want to be found! Oh dear how could I have not realised something was wrong. I knew she was stressed, but it just seemed like pre-wedding nerves. She loves Tony so much, but I was really thrown when Martha and I discovered the emails from Hugh. What could he possibly want?
Tony is understandably devastated and has just driven out of the Bay, Jack said he wouldn't say where he was going or for how long. He didn't even want to take his mobile, so who knows when we will see him again. This is very hard on Jack, because he can't tell him about Martha's collapse at their wedding. Alf and Colleen are keeping a constant vigil at the hospital and supporting Jack as much as they can, but it's just the most awful situation.
Irene is heading off to the hospital now to see how everyone is, she has been down there quite a bit recently with Annie and Jai's accidents. I'm not sure if you heard, but there are some nasty bullies at Summer Bay High and they have been picking on poor Jai. Their latest escapade put Jai into hospital after they pushed him off the end of the jetty and he hit his head. Luckily Miles saw what happened and jumped straight in to save him.
Charlie has just been in to grab a coffee and some lunch, I thought she was going to give me news on Rachel, but instead she tells me that Roman, Geoff and Nicole are missing. Geoff and Nicole were last seen getting on a boat with a man who could be Elliot. But that is very confusing, I thought he had left town after being accused of stealing Belle's money.
Belle of course is trying to stay very calm about losing $4000...such a lot of money. She had been saving for two years and now it's all gone. I know how she feels after Kane stole my takings from The Den. However it is a bit strange that Aden has decided to visit his Aunt at this time, I would have thought he would be trying to make it up to Belle, or least be doing some extra shifts to try and start paying her back.
Irene and I have decided to close a early today, we are going to meet up with Colleen and Alf to talk about everything that has happened this week, to see if there is anything we have missed that might give us a clue as to whereabouts of Rachel, Roman, Geoff and Nicole. If you have any ideas, please let us know.

btw Irene's new employee has been wonderful, a real help around the Diner and seems to get on with everyone, perhaps they will be able to solve the mysteries of Summer Bay.
